The reactions here are whilst they are still under the influence, they must be fun to be around should the drugs run out.
They need to take lots of breaks, they’ll be missing ten or more years and ill for another ten so trying to make up for the shortfall…
Reality, is for people who cannot handle drugs.

God this forum’s like where I work, I can say/do something and simply sit back and watch the fireworks. Do you lot seriously think if my job worried me that much I’d still be working for my employer after nearly 14 years? I’m fortunate I can take the ■■■■ with those above, say what I think etc and still be on the payroll. If my job was that bad would I’ve done a photo thread on the old time forum?

No it wasn’t aimed at you. If you look at all the post they appear to be smokers. Frankly I don’t care if someone smokes or not, I don’t but I can see where muckaway is coming from.
Lets face it smoking and moaning comes as part of the job glad I sit in an office away from haulage now.
And breathe…
I work for a company on nights, so have to drive different trucks every night.
I dont object to any one stoping for a smoke, as long as they are not doing it in the truk.
If i stop for a toilet break I go to the restroom and wash my hands.
I dont p-ss and sh-t allover the truk or even drive it with dirty smelly hands.
Why does some one else think they have the right to contaminate the enviroment i have to work in for 10-15 hours.
extra breaks■■? i may start to do this but yet again if its raining then il get my hair wet more than happy just to smoke as i plod on. dont share my truck so no one to complain

I think smokers should be praised for paying lots of tax and having the decency to die at 68 after a short illness and without spending the last thirty years of their lives as a benefits scrounger.

My missus comes out of the pub with us for a non ■■■, there are more people stood round the patio heater than there are by the pub radiators. Global Warming at its best

I don’t smoke but when I see colleagues stopping to smoke at least twice a hour I park up for a coffee or just to stretch my legs. Why should I do extra work and get paid the same as them?

So everyone , is it fair that when muckaway goes to the loo every verse end after drinking all this coffee, that the smokers who don’t need to empty their bladder carry on working.
Seems they may actually be spending more time working than he is!

Hang on, i dont stop work for a “■■■ break”, so dont really know what your going on about?
what baffles me is how he knows that drivers stop for a smoke , i mean he’s a machine driver so unless they stop for a smoke where he is then he can’t know . and even if he’s back driving toy tippers he cant know when they stop unless they tell him .
i have an idea he’s one of those machine drivers that spends his day ■■■■■■■ drivers off … i bet he is .
