At work we have 7 trucks and 3 do not have a cigarette lighter point,
(got kicked out by an agressive smoker)
So there is a lottrery in the morning to see who
gets the sat nav and who gets the maps.
I do upto 30 drops a day so having no sat nav is a killer,
it works for 2 hrs then dies
Is there and external battery i can buy to power it ?
i looked on ebay and only found lightweight versions
and obviously i could do with up to 12hr charge time.
There must be something out there surely ?
p.s. they are contract hire lorry,s and due to go back in June,
thats why nobody is
interested in fixing them

My area is anywhere North of Birmingham ,
so obviously you had to get to know london ,
whilst i have to get to know any town from Blackburn to Glasgow ,
Anyway
That charger looks ideal
gonna get a set up like that ,
not bothered if its big and bulky ,
lots of room in the cab
