Experiences working for Owens Transport?

I have heard some good things about Owens Transport in South Wales and just wondered if anyone here has ever worked for them, or is working for them, and if so, what they are like as an employer?

I did a stint for them a few years back, they run by the book and all the kit is well maintained and the work is easy, as with all for profit transport the pay is the issue, there is no money to be had driving in South Wales full stop, Avonmouth is where its at.

I have a couple of options in Avonmouth, and yes the money does seem better, so I guess that’s where I’m heading next!
