Can somebody confirm if this is correct, the examiner took my photocard licence to send off, but I still have the blue certificate?
Do the DVLA need this certificate back for their records or not?
Your pass certificate acts as your driving licence until you get your new licence back with your new entitlements on.
Perfectly normal. They stopped requiring the pass certificate to be sent off about ten yrs ago. The certificate doesn’t officially count as your license but it’s worth carrying it if you do drive.
