Why is it that when we have a bit of “adverse weather” its always the freight that gets delayed ?,
when passenger services seem to be “unaffected”
The cars/coaches have to go up and down ramps in the terminals - same as lorries dont they ?
10 delayed lorries = 10 complaints maximum
10 delayed cars = 10 complaints minimum + lot of bad publicity
1 delayed coach = 40 people that can slip or be run over while looking for toilet or coffee machine - on your premises

Were just second class citizens. It’s no different to getting bumped off ferries in the summer

I haved just queued for 6 hrs in calais for the train in that time only 4 came in, they were even running them empty,when i got to Folkstone they hadnt even cleared the ramps,now going back out on the boat,only 30 min wait.
