Euro 3 To Euro 4 ?

Hello Everyone,

Looking around on the internet and seen there are a few nice Euro 3 units out there, i was just wondering if they could be converted to a Euro 4 engine easy, i have heard of a full filter on he exhaust might work or replacing the engine, but just wondering if anyone has done a conversion ?

You want an eminox euro 4 conversion exhaust. About £4K when the lez kicked off, not sure now though

About £80 in the right scrap yard ,check the numbers are compatible though

my little 12 tonne merc was euro 3 and has a particulate box on and is euro 4 and even acceptable for the Belgium toll box, but under dutch rules as over 10 years old still cannot enter eindoven, good job the Daf museum was outside the limit.
