In a few years the Govt will probably get around to these laws and MAY introduce a mixture using the best of both BUT DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH !!
I would think we’ll go onto AETR, which is the same as EU rules, I’d be surprised if the WTD got scrapped too
You will see the WTD scrapped and the Tacho hours increased to get more work out each lorry/driver. I expect the minimum wage to go as well.
The EU laws that have protected us will now be dumped thanks to Brexit, which is why I have always said there will be no benefit to working men and women in this country.
Brexit was motivated completely by the toffs, bosses and right wing so they can push working men even harder. The saddest thing is that Boris and Farage convinced people that wouldn’t even share a pint with them that they knew best…

Because it makes sense to use AETR regulations especially for drivers who drive to EU countries, while the working time regulations may change a bit over the years I can’t see them being scrapped altogether.
As far as the minimum wage is concerned, I think you’ll find that’s set by the UK government not the EU so there’s no reason why it should be scrapped.
