I’ve been wondering since cpc is a eu requirement if or when the eu referendum comes about and we part from the eu what will happen to cpc will it be kept, renamed, or ditched i no the government make a lot of money from it so guessing it will be renamed and kept wondered what others are thinking about this.
If we leave the EU it’ll be much more than driver cpc that’s affected in the industry. The whole of the licencing system is EU driven so could be up for change.
But we’ll have to wait and see what the vote brings.

No, they have to be set to no higher than 56 (90km/h). It’s not illegal to drive them at 60, though (such as when going downhill and gravity overcomes the limiter).

no 56 max = EU law

Funny, I was driving at 60 in my car and I was overtaken by a Volvo tractor unit. He must of been doing more than 60.
