How the hell do the “europeans” look after us ? They look after their selves just like they have done since our induction to the then EEC .Germany rule the EU and France are right behind them I’m sure Churchill would have loved Britain to be taking orders from Germany just like he wanted to in 1939 - 1945 .The EU has been found out now watch it crumble

I can see some up sides to this:
I thought that Susan Calman was spot on a while back when she explained how Brexit was brilliant for the metaphor and simile production industries.
We can now look forward to an up swing in UK production figures of excuses, waffle and much better buck-passing rates than the All Blacks achieve with the oval ball.

Not really but if i went for a meal and the waiter called me a fool i wouldn’t stick around just like contributing to Hislop and Mertons wages and being insulted . And at £20000 a show the BBC should think carefully about what they put out

I have relocated this thread from the Old Timer’s forum to Bully’s Truckstop forum where it has belonged all along – something I have wanted to do for a long time. Today, as we officially ‘brexit’, seems a most auspicious time to make this transfer.
This has zero to do with my politics or those of other moderators. In fact, I have carefully kept off this thread, other than to check it for serious transgressions against TN rules, as I have little appetite for making my views on Brexit public property.
I wish the thread continued success in its new home!
