I watched Question Time last night. Jesus wept. Thornbury who admitted that if her Labour Government negotiated a new deal with the EU she’s vote against it because she wants to remain. Did the stupid cow hear what she said? apparently so because she then tried to defend herself. That yellow woman from the Liberal Irrelevants, squirming when asked about her party leader’s admission that if a second referendum voted to leave again then she would ignore the result. That scotch prat who just would not shut up. I admire Fiona Bruce for restraining from hitting him or at least telling him to leave.
And these are the lot who are trying to take over. No wonder people are disillusioned with voting if this is the standard of representative we get, all of them quite frankly create an argument for euthanasia.
“That scotch prat who just would not shut up” love it I watched QT giving viewers a real insight into how undemocratic some of these MPs are and absolutely ■■■■ scared of a General Election, hence the attempts through courts to stop one. Boris gets accused of being a bully, as for Blackford scotsman.com/news/politics/ … -1-4776721

So why does a marginal vote in parliment stand whereas a 2 million majority vote by the people of this country not stand.
Perhaps because the country is a parliamentary democracy whose votes can be overturned at a later date if enough change their minds or new people come in and old people go out?
Unlike precious referendums where apparently a mere 4% difference is set in stone till judgement day no matter how many people might change their minds later?
Out of Interest how many of you are supporters of the ‘Democratic Football Lads Alliance (DFLA)’ who seem to be the main protestors (on the streets) for Brexit these days??
And who appear to believe in violence to achieve their aims

So how sure are you that people on the streets have changed their minds when the opposition darent have a General Election until they have made sure we cant leave the EU . You wont realise where you are what a powder keg these ■■■■■■■■■ are creating but they will when they eventually get to the Polls

No surprise the Federalists weren’t moaning about settling it by referendum before the scumbags lost. While are you seriously suggesting that they wouldn’t have claimed they’d won it if the result had been vice versa.
Yes the country is a parliamentary democracy but that doesn’t give parliament the right to delegate its authority to a foreign power subject to a foreign vote and mandate.
As for the referendum you’re right let’s forget the whole thing subject to 2).

More propaganda by the remainers
If/when there’s any violence in the argument between Federalism v Secession history shows that it’s the Federalists who are always the aggressors.
As for the main protestors on the streets in favour of defending the country from foreign Federal aggression and takeover. We’d obviously expect that to be the forces but who for some reason prefer to go prancing around wearing the EU insignia on their uniforms.
Ironically that correct theory doesn’t go far enough.Germany wouldn’t be where it is today without the collusion of US Federal interests having more in common with German ones ( the 3rd Reich just being an extension of that but which went badly wrong because Federations are easy to hijack by despots ) than our National interest and the National interest of all the other European states.Which is why Germany had massive amounts of war debts written off by the US but we didn’t.It also saw its industries re built on easy US money much of which should have gone to us.While even much of that which did go to us was then ‘re directed’ after the fact by our banks back into Germany in the form of ‘foreign investment’.
On that note I grew up on a diet of the shocking and unfortunately all too true story,as to how Germany won ( was handed ) the peace after WW2 at our expense.Usually if not always told by disillusioned sickened WW2 Brit service vets struggling to meet production requirements to re build our country during the crucial post war years, including the 1970’s,in under invested Brit factories. While being expected to work for a pittance and being called ‘militants’ for the privilege v their German counterparts.
> Buzzer: > Not forgetting the 17.4 million others all treated in the same way, shame on those trying to stop democratic Brexit with there devious ways.
At a rough analysis there are 46.5 Million of us - explain why 17.4 million have a right to dictate to the other 29.1
Democracy??
Time for us all to come together - otherwise we will live in a broken land where the BNP / EDL put fear into everyone’s lives just like Germany in the late 30s early 40s

And if it had gone the other way … the way you wanted, you’d be saying the same thing?

Thanks Ramone you’ve put my mind to rest - I’m too old to get involved in anything too physical
Do you honestly believe that the 17.4 million people who voted for Brexit are football hooligans , the only hooligans here are in parliament , remember how they treated Theresa May with her deal and that was a good one for the remainers and now Boris is getting the same , they even tried to stop him becoming the leader of the Tories because he had an argument with his partner . The dirty tricks keep coming from the remainers who will wreck this country. Its amazing how many people have called into 5 Live and complained about what the opposition and rogue Tories have done and admitted that they voted remain . Those out of touch MPs will have a rude awakening when there is a general election , the feeling is very high at the moment make no mistake . Apparently Nisha Kumar found that out last night in Hastings when he made light of the Brexiteers and got heckled and a good proportion of his audience left, but the again he would already have been paid Its quite extraordinary that the scaremongering goes on about how we will have shortages of medicines available and fresh food if a no deal went ahead. How the hell did it get to having our medicines being manufactured abroad , they should be made here and of course before we joined this circus how did we cope . Were there medicine and fresh food shortages then …. no . It all comes down to MPs looking after their selves and not our national interests . And as was stated in parliament the other night at least one MP is constantly on the phone to Barnier and Tusk letting them know what progress these low lives are making in the quest to remain .

So now the 17.4 million are BNP/EDL , do they still exist?
How do you know what the people who didn`t vote would have voted for , you assume a lot and cast the wrong aspersions with your vile posts

Yes, that is an appalling post. Typical of the sort of utter nonsense remain enthusiasts pedal in increasingly desperate measure.
Just watched a video of the house of Lords where Lord James of Blackheath was talking, rather alarming to here his thoughts on the Euro Defence Union in other words a EU army in which he said that if we remain and this is brought forward they would have complete and utter control of all our current defence systems including all equipment and also they would be in charge of MI5 and the intelligence center near Cirencester and the point being we would have absolutely no control or say in any of our defence systems or equipment and the serving men and woman who would have to swear allegiance to the EU and drop there oath to the crown, this apparently is NOT common knowledge but if true is very worrying indeed.
This in fact means we would have no fighting force to send any where in the world without the say so of the EU machine, do we really want that, I don’t think so in fact we would not have a voice at all but then we would have given our country away so would not need one.
