It is clearly a Federal state the clue is in the word Union/United etc etc.The definition of a Federation is that the individual states are subservient to ( puppets of ) the Federation and Federal law and the Federal government trumps state law and state legislature.You do know that they fought a war over the issue in America and the Secessionist side unfortunately lost ?.

Firstly there was no such actual state as Germany in 1549.While as we know England was also wiped out by the same invading European hordes who wiped out Ireland and Scotland.Bearing in mind that Edward V1 was a direct descendent of that invading line just as HM is.On that note it’s clear that there’s a big difference between Anglo Saxon England,v ‘Germany’.Let alone what came after 1066,in the form of the Franco/German takeover of the country of which Edward V1 was a part just like Edward 1 and all the Plantagenet descended line,that is now reaching its end game,for all of us.Whether we’re Celt or Anglo Saxon ( or a mixture of both ).
