Eu referendum whats your vote

dexxy57:
Yep, we just have to start making the stuff we used to make. How hard can that be?

A lot less hard than keeping on borrowing the cash and inflicting austerity on the economy,in a doomed attempt to pay for the resulting unsustainable shortfall in the balance of payments account.Remainers don’t/can’t do basic maths nor understand the definition of unsustainable.Who would have thought it.

Nowhere near as hard as putting up with all the ridiculous laws rules and regulations that come out of the stinkingly corrupt EU and of course paying through the nose for the privillage.Remember , when we go the rest will follow

Aye, ok. But seriously, how easy would it be to start manufacturing all the stuff we import?

Yes you’re right us Brits just aren’t bright enough to do anything for ourselves so trying and failing miserably to service an unsustainable trade deficit and paying a fortune for the privilege and being ruled by Juncker and co is the only realistic option. You win be careful what you wish for. :unamused:

According to yourself, Buzzer, The UK has three times more imports than exports to the EU.
By any scale you want to measure us by we are a net importer.
So if the preferential tariffs we’ve had over the years are taken away (overnight, if there’s no deal) the result is extra tariffs and duties on our trade with the EU.
Prices will go up here. It might be only short term, might be longer, nobody knows.

Yes because according to remainers we’re too stupid to make stuff for ourselves, which of course won’t be subject to any tariffs and it’s so much better to go on inflicting austerity on the country,to pay for the resulting trade deficit and debt, caused by importing too much stuff from the EU,while they buy zb all from us.

Genius, pure genius. The solution to debt and deficit was so blindingly obvious. All we have to do is make stuff for ourselves and stop importing. I mean, seriously, what do we actually NEED to import that we can’t provide for ourselves ?

Feel free to explain what makes up our 50 billion Euro trade deficit with Germany alone. Here’s a clue it ain’t Bratwurst and Beer. :unamused:

But it’s so much better to go on with the status quo of paying a fortune which we can’t afford in net contributions for the privilege of having to borrow loads more to pay for the EU net import bill and being ruled by POS scumbags like Juncker ( stinking arrogant worse type of Kraut by surname name and by nature ).If only an allied soldier had killed his ■■■■ collaborating POS father during WW2 to stop him knocking up the ■■■■■ that bore his zb son.I think we can all see where this argument is going as so many times through history before.

Our trade defecit with Germany is 21billion, not 50billion (but feel free to make up any old ■■■■ you want). But whatever, how can a country who’s economy is based roughly on 80% services and 20% manufacturing possibly benefit from the abolition of tariff-free imports?
By the way Jean-Claude Juncker isn’t German.

If you’re setting yourself up as an example of a ‘bright enough Brit’ you might just have a point there.

If Brexit carries on the way it is doing, as in a continual stalemate as remain camping tories block any deal, it paved the way for EU parlimentary candidates to be elected, although we haven’t submitted any. It also opens the door to the leadership of the EU, voted for by the 27 member states, Blair will be elected.
Remoaners enjoy the EU there’s worse to come

38 billion dollars exports v 90 billion dollars imports at 1.3 USD to the pound = is nearer to a bleedin 50 billion deficit that 20 billion. :unamused:

Yes we know UK manufacturing has been slaughtered in favour of EU ( German ) imports.Which explains why the economy is being subjected to continuous austerity to pay for the loans needed to pay for the shortfall in the balance of payments accounts just as Shore said in 1975.Let alone the implications for employment.

As I said remainers don’t/can’t do basic maths.Or they are just hopeless liars.Or both.

As for Juncker yeah right so that’s your idea of a proper Gaullic surname to go with his forenames. As opposed to the worst type of arrogant dictatorial ethnic Kraut with a ■■■■ Father and it shows in his obvious actions against his head of state for murderous reasons which Juncker’s father would have been proud. :imp:

1968 would be fine. Before Heath zb’d the country over.

Firstly the referendum act was drawn up as a non binding document on the government. While the withdrawal act contains section 13 nothing in that section which says that parliament has to do anything by the 29th March or deliver Brexit at all.IE parliament can legally extend and/or revoke article 50 as part of all that. While it’s obviously long gone past the point where any normal country would have mobilised the forces to take down a parliament gone rogue.Oh wait the Head of State who is the supreme head of the forces has also gone rogue,Unsurprisingly having allowed a German dynasty in the form of the Sax Coburgs to hijack the Crown. The country is toast.

If only the Government had some of these, Buzzer

Pity the Government are not in tune with clocks then is it not.

Oh yes please its the 29th the day of reckoning.

Oh wait both her and 007 are on the side of the EU and by implication Heath,Callaghan,Thatcher,Major,Blair,Brown,Cameron and May.In which case the day of reckoning was actually the day when she had to decide whether to refuse or provide the assent to the European Communities Act.Remind us what happened on that day and the rest is history. :unamused:
