if you want to save the environment and ease congestion the only way forward is a vast improvement in public transport

anyone would think we where run from Brussels
EU states would be free to impose levies on lorries using major roads. The current rules only apply to those on motorways that cross borders.
Thats ok the British wont bother imposing it will they? After all they are against charging foreigners to use our roads
