Found these pics that show Dutch company Estepe have extended an FH Globetrotter by 245mm.

Looks nice.

nice enough truck but i think i would be happy enough with the ordinary bunk and the extra space between the seat and bed.

Volvo have done this themselves! Google Globetrotter XXL

Thats sweet, i want one!!! (yes i did say i want one, out with the Skoda!)

   quality

gaz volvo will only sell it in scandinavia cuz of the lenght limits in the rest of the eu thats why estepe have built that one mate so the rest of europe can have it

And New Zeleand!!!

But i aint sure what their problem is, if a UK operator wants one whjy not sell it them■■?

yeah theres a few over here in new zealand, im not really that impressed with them though, i really love the volvo but i dont think they have gone far enough with the extension to make an impact, where as the longline is worthy of the extra price tag, come on volvo get your act together and get a decent extension built adding at least a couple of foot

I saw this one coming out of Meer last week,oh! man I want one of those!!!

This is the 1000th Volvo bought by Van Den Bosch.

YES please me as well-…

Nice looking motor for sure, but what’s the point in just making a wider bunk? what you need is an extra 450-500mm & then you could fit a proper wardrobe between the seat & the bunk on one side & a fridge & storage cupboards on the other side, the panels are available from Volvo North America, they could use the side panel from one of these, it’s about double the size of the standard FH side panel.

Now that would give a Longline a run for it’s money.

The other one was fleet number 500 on the Kenworth

This one is operated as a chartertruck

And as the thread mentioned longline, here is another food company tipping powder.

I reckon my house would have a tighter turning circle than that longline, its maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasive!
