The race chevy camero was owned by Adrian Chambers who owned SCA,he was a race driver years before starting the transport side of things and bought the early 67 camero and had some success with it.Around 1971 when i worked there he bought the 70 1/2 model as a road car and two race mechanic,s Mark and Norman built this car in SCA,s yard in island row just off commercial road east london. This car won the british saloon car championship with Frank Gardner an aussie driveing it.The cost of this car probably sent the firm skint.
