It is used a lot by VOSA and the police for rouitine checks,the police had pulled in an artic,the police man did a walk around check of his truck,the driver walked off to the shop to buy food and a drink,at this time the policeman was alone,with a clip board at hand,he could of written anything,and the driver told to sign here please,next minute he gets a letter in the post to attend court.
