Not necessary, alltough they have a large contingent of Romanian drivers (on romanian plates), they still have a large group of belgian, dutch and german drivers on international work.
They still hire belgian, dutch… drivers for their international fleet.

They may not be the most ■■■■ haulier in Belgium, but they pay a correct belgian wage, based on hours, work, nights out and weekends.
I have a very good friend working there, and he is happy.
He changed when his old boss was losing more and more international work, and Essers promised and gave him the work he wanted.

Hi robroy. When I lived in Belgium I used to drive for Norbert powder tankers which was a decent job. They recruited a muppet from Brits and then another one who both tried to out-Belgian the other Belgians at their own national working habits.Until then I was treated as an eccentric for wanting a kip every now and then.I hope you weren’t one of the above.

You were never pushed at Brits, unless these two guys were on the fridges, I can’t speak for that side of the firm.

I have re-loaded from there on a fair few occasions usually groupage never quick and they are never helpful. Loads often coming up to a nearby rail head from Italy
