ESDAL abnormal load planning website

Anyone use it, I’ve been since it was first launched, it was very usefull for long distance ab load movements, well they just updated it, and in true goverment tradition what a ■■■■■■■■ up they’ve made of it. I’d have to go on a course to get my head round the new version, and that ain’t going to happen  , the trivial details required is unbelievable, miss something out and your stuffed. I’m now back to square one and the old county map and a scrap of paper, its far quicker, and I stay a lot calmer and more chilled :grimacing:

We are having an abnormal load movement soon, well 2 actually at the railway, have sold a class 25 and a class 46, to make way for our new Loco (Class 26)

Anyway the Peak (Class 46) weighs in at 140 tons, and Alleys [sp] are moving it complete, we think end of July into August, will try and get some pictures if I can…

i too gave up on it Joe, except for Special Order applications, where you can now no longer submit BE16 paper versions for England and Wales - what a ■■■■■■ of a system, administered by call centre noddies who have no idea and just a manual in front of them, typical Government job creation cobblers :imp:

typical Government job creation cobblers :imp:

That just about sums it up jj, any large company would now have to employ a department of people just to apply for orders = less bods on the dole que for the goverment to pay.
