Ask them.

Thank you please.

That might be when you need to get another photo done??

What is the date for section 4b on the front

What age will you be in 2019 + when was last D4 medical done

What expires in 2019, the licence or your entitlement to drive any categories?
And what have you updated on your new licence, the photo or just your address?

ROG:

Seems gettin old. May have to do with my left Eye which has bit higher Pressure?

Think thats also the Reason why my Shift starts now at Afternoon and not 21.00
Eye sight is 5/6 so that cant be the Reason.

In that Case also in 3 Year again :exclamation:

Glen A9:

Both.
Well,… Photocard on 4b and HGV Entitelement.
All other in 26
Would have expected Card itself on 4b in 5 Year. OK,another experiences richer

:open_mouth: eh what :open_mouth:

Nadolig happus.

It seems to me that you have a short term medical issue which needs checking every 3 years

DVLA medical should have send you a letter explaining this but if not then call them on 0300 790 6807

I too have a 3 year eye check issue which in turn messes up the full D4 medical renewal date it can go like this …
Full D4 including special eye check at age 45 in year 2003
Eye check only in year 2006
Full D4 medical including eye check in year 2009 - the observant will notice that the time between full D4 medicals is now 6 years and not 5 because every time a 3 year eye only check is done it adds 3 years to the entitlement
Eye only in year 2012 (May)
Full D4 + eye in year 2015

Well, that is how it would have gone but my photo expired in august 2013 so as that triggered the issuing of the first licence since october 2012 it gave me 5 years until august 2018 which resulted in not requiring the full D4 and eye check in 2015
That means D4 medical will be 9 years since last one apart and eye check is 6 years since last one

עולים מדבר שטויות כרגיל

Why dont you “hack” their website again and ask them?

If we had known how old we get,and wot Pain an old Body has to suffer,we would have looked beter after him in Younger Years.
Now,explain that the Young  (hopeless,i guess)

If you’ve recently had your medical done and just received your licence back with an expiry date for your HGV in three years, then there must be a medical reason why they have given you three instead of five years.

The best thing would be to phone the DVLA and ask them why.

aHa Ha Ha…
Posted on david Camerons “Have your say” Page that it is not an option to let me wait 9 Weeks for DVLA to get my License back if he wans my Vote.
next Day at 08.00 arrived a Email that it was removed but someone looking into it. at 10.00 phoned DVLA tellin me i shall not fall in Panic.
Now wanna not fon them in hope they forget me

Do some people actually go through the trouble of reading the posts? Even skim reading would have shown ROG to have explained it… :unamused:
