You might think cameras on your doorstep would be the ones you are least likely to get busted by.

Oh well no sympathy 22 times on the same stretch of road. I mean how stupid can you be.
He won’t get away with pleading hardship I’d have thought, maybe for totting up 12 points but they don’t usually use hardship as a mitigation much these days.
I’d be very surprised if he got away with it tbh.

Not difficult is it just stick to the limit, knob
If only they had policemen on the street actually stopping speeders. Then he would have learnt after the first!

That’s right, give in to all forms of authority wherever it presents itself. [emoji849]
30 mph on an Axx road! Ffs
Roadworks meant a temporary restriction of 30mph was put in place in 2020 but has since been made permanent.
This is the issue. A major road that can accomodate a 40mph limit gets dropped to 30…safety or revenue raiser? I know what I think.

I’m sure that like the M4 elevated section it was designed for and previously subject to a 70 mph limit.

Quite obviously a simple revenue raiser and proves that is the sole purpose of cameras.
Everyone has a duty of care, to immediately stop any dangerous situation. At every induction, it is drummed into participants that upon seeing a dangerous situation they are obligated to STOP THE JOB. The job cannot be re-commenced until the hazard has been eliminated.
By allowing someone to exceed the limit, multiple times a day, without being stopped, demonstrates the authorities do not deem the action dangerous.
It’s just a bloody good earner!

A worthy…
Courtroom defence in my opinion.
How can they claim it’s about safety when all they do is profit from it yet, let it continue?
Well played sir.
