I “think” this may be a new one of the Gruwez one, with one of there White’s behind. Dont remember seeing the pic before ? :rol
That’s a really good picture, Dean. And an entirely new one of the Guwez machine. Amazing how they just keep on a-comin’!Like you say its unbelievable that we are still finding them,especially when you think how few were built.
I reckon if Robert had been in charge of the advertising at Sandbach, the things would have outsold Scania and Volvo combined.

For a fleeting moment I mistook this for a breakthrough though, because I’ve been looking for an image of HNV 59N in Pountain’s livery for years! Alas, it is, of course the RHD 6x4 re-cabbed non-NGC unit he operated. I doubt if he ever painted his real NGC in livery, as pictures show it in white doing its race-truck duties in Europe.
Oh! And Anorak may be right there 
Over on the DRAWINGS thread this morning, ‘jshepguis’ posted this drawing of an ERF NGC from his youth.
The picture shows KDM 460N, which featured in the famous Euro Test in Belgium. We don’t know what happened to it after being an ERF demonstrator. Here, it shows pennants in the windscreen so it may have gone into service with a UK operator.
Sorry Robert but i used to get Truck magazine and used photo’s for reference when drawing. The pennants were artistic license, as mentioned on the drawing thread did put my name on the wagons on a lot of my drawings. So you could have been looking at a J Shepherd haulage ERF European!!

It’s from a page of a French book, Buzzer. But we’d still like to know more about that ERF which is one of the few NGC draw-bar outfits to be made, most of which went to French operators. Keep 'em coming!
I have posted a few pic’s of this ERF in this yard which i think were Leo’s’ But i think this may be a new one of it
in the same yard. Without going through all the pics,cant remember but this is a nice clear one. Remember the odd exhaust.

This last pic shows a Swiss operated who had two NGC, one of which he ran on M/E work.
