I’ll just park up next to this loch and take a nice pic of my truck next to it.
Need to reverse past that burger van a bit first though…Aaaarrgh wtf

Some phone call to the office At least he could have used the classic line of;
“I need a new nearside mirror”
“Why?”
“Because the lorry is laying on the old one”
Not another one ■■■■■■ off about not being paid night out money for being at home
It looks like switchlogic is back at work again.The marine spec all angles kettle and stove will be brewing and cooking and the guvnor has been notified of the 45 minute break which might need to be extended by a few minutes to right the truck.Who needs the burger van.

Or this job is just like being paid to go touring around Scotland with my ca…
Hope the snackvan stayed open to make hay while the sun shone and keep all the recovery peeps fed
Must be Loch Lochy, thats the only place with a burger van on that road
To be fair, it is a beautiful part of the world to enjoy while you wait for recovery. I ince had to spend 4 hours somewhere further along that road one morning after my battery died on a night out

Take it from me when you’re responsible for that big a f*** up there’s not much enjoyment to be had in anything for a while

Wasn’t my fault. I picked up a hired Volvo unit the day before and they decided not to tell me the alternator was on the way out. 9 and a half hours of driving and the battery couldn’t even sustain a cool box and a phone charger being plugged in overnight!

There is something quite liberating about making a ■■■■ up that big.
It’s the little ■■■■ ups you worry about. But when you do something like that you really dont care what your boss says lol.
I wonder how it happened though? Was he parked up a bit too close to the edge? Tried to reverse to the perfect spot and messed up?
Be kinda funny if all that damage was caused for a bacon sarnie.

Aye.
“I don’t care about that. When can you get the next load on?”
Jenkinsons didn’t take that lad who dropped the trailer on it’s knees because he didn’t get a night out for going home again did they?
I reckon payroll missed him off a meal allowance so this was him getting his own back.
Yes, that is the layby just the Fort Augustus side of the Letterfinlay Inn on the shore of Loch Lochy;
As an observation - if the burger van is open, you don’t want a bacon sarnie. One day (about 5 year back if memory serves) my kettle was broken and I desperately needed a coffee: I provided everything and still got charged a quid for a mug of lukewarm water!
On the bright side - once Chisholms have got it back on it’s feet, I’m sure that the wagon will be as good as new ---- any damage will buff out.

If that’s all you wanted then I don’t blame the van owner. They are running a business not a charity and cups of coffee are one of the things they sell.
