I have been delivering in this area for 16 months now…The amount of training vehicles has increased massively, as has the increase in badly parked vehicles with both students and instructors inside of them 
But today, I saw a Volvo rigid training vehicle that had three in the cab and they all looked as though they were on the rob, hoodies, unshaven, and not one looked over 21 years of age…Now the trainers in this area look dodgy at the best of times, but this was decidedly dodgy today, are local crims using the training vehicles as a cover, or have standards plummeted to an all time low 
Anyone else in this area regularly noticed this?
