Hi all
Im trying to remove my endorsements off my driving licence but struggling a bit… I have theD2 form but unsure how to go about filling it out to get them removed.
Do I just fill it out as tho ive lost my counter part or is there another way as it says nothing about endorsements other that when youve been disqualified.
I know some of you will laugh but just want to do it right to make sure I get it back clean as im searching for a new job and dont want to end up a few weeks down the line filling out another to try sort it out.
Ive got a TS50 + TS20 and both expired over a year ago so can be taken off but this D2 form makes no sense

Just tell them you’ve moved address, no need to ask for the removal, it’ll be done anyway. get it sent to a mates house or your mums. it’s free.
From my understanding, whenever a licence passes through the DVLA for whatever reason it gets updated
EDIT - just confirmed that with call to DVLA licence section
If you have a photocard license,then,if you “lose” BOTH parts of the license you can phone DVLA and get it renewed. Or online. If you only lose 1 part you have to fill the form in.
If I was you I would lose both parts. As Rog says-your license will return clean.
I would also recommend cutting up your old one. Just in case.

Does that not need to be signed by someone in authority?
It’s a nightmare finding someone to do that.

I think that is for passport photos
