Due to the late start of the RTD, this period and the next one are 18 week periods. After that it reverts to 17 week periods. (I can’t swear to that, but I’m positive I saw it somewhere reliable). These 18 week periods are to square everything up so that next years start date ties in with the intended start date this year■■? It could be that the 18 week periods only apply to the 26 week option, then again, maybe not.
