At the minute in the US, it’s mainly the large carriers with speed limiters but supposedly, everyone will be from next year.

I dont drive in the UK and havent done for years but the ‘elephant racing’ doesnt really go on over here, a combination of a little forward thinking and a vast variation on limiters and its eradicated…
