err yes they do, just not until 2016- not quite the same as not needing it at all, Worth noting as well that some countries require NOW evidence of dcpc training - but as the UK have said that you don’t need the card until 2014 UK drivers travelling in those countries don’t need to show they have taken training, if getting upset that some countries have a different time limit than us is reasonable then surely you should be just as upset about the countries that are at the moment letting you off !
All these EU rules are supposed to give a level playing field. This Dcpc clearly dosn’t.

Holland has had the Chauffeur Diploma for several years too, they are dumbing theirs down to suit the rest of the countries.
