my nephew (aged nearly three) is obssessed with eddie lorries, to the point where if there’s one delivering at tesco he has to go and talk to the driver. he’s on first name terms with them now, and even got a stobart pen off one the other day.
a month or so ago i went to the rally of spain, and had VIP access to the Ford team so took quite a few pics of the stobart rally team trucks, cars and matthew wilson (in his stobart overalls) then put them in a photo album when i came home with a few other pics I found lying around. he thinks it’s the best thing he’s ever seen, but thinks it’s a book so my sister has to make a story up to go with the pics when they “read” it!
when I was up in the loft last week I dug out all my old stobart pics from mid-90s truckfests, so i’m gonna make him another edition to drool over
