I’ve been browsing Ebay looking for an engine cover for my 95XF and noticed this seller has quite a few advertised.
From the pictures it looks like nice kit and the feedback looks positive but I was just wondering if anybody has bought anything and wishes to comment on the quality and fit of the items.

I believe Carole ( who is a member here) would be the first to tell you, that at one point she had some issues in the past, which were posted on various forums but she has worked hard to overcome them and give a good service.
certainly recently I have heard no complaints at all and if anything Truckinsmart has on occassion gone above and beyond what could be reasonably expected in terms of customer service.
We all make mistakes or have bad days, but some fail at that hurdle. others recognise it and address the issues in an open and frank manner, and learn and improve from it. Carole has done that as far as I can see and if I was looking for the sort of products she produces TruckinSmart would be one of my first points of contact.
and no she hasnt paid me for this… it is a genuine opinion
totally agree with what Rikki has posted 
i for one, have had some of the poor service from Carole at Truckinsmart, there was a thread on here a while ago and it basicaly degraded into an argument between Carole and myself about the ‘issues’ i had with her and her company, to cut a long story short, she realised that she was wrong, and she appologised, also, by way of ‘compensation’ for the inconvenience (for want of a better word), she made some mats for the dashboard tables for my truck, in the colour i wanted with the logo i wanted, at her expense
since then, i have also now got some floor mats from Carole (christmas present from a family member), and one of my drivers, (Lug84 on here) has also purchased a full curtain set and a full leather floor mat set including the engine tunnel cover, and as far as i am aware, he is more than happy with the items that he has received
As Rikki said, she was made aware of some of the problems with her company, and she has addressed them and resolved them
i would not hesitate to purchase items from Carole again
and Carole has not paid me for this either 
but she can if she wishes

Looks like I’ll have some more explaining to do as to why I’ve been spending money again.
