eBay satnav

Big Truck:
Mentioned before but bought a “Xgody” cheapo 7" screen sat nav (£36 delivered to door!!!) and over a year later still going strong and money well spent!!!

+1 Never let me down once, unlike TomTom which tried to send me under a 12’ bridge in a 13’ lorry

corij:
has anyone on here managed to do a map update on their chinese satnav?

Yes, and not from the site that they supply you with, and it isn’t easy.

The maps are IGO, the same as are used in the Stralis, so if you can find a site to download them from, you know which maps to use.

Nobody’s mentioned a man who sits in the second seat on a plane yet…

Didn’t realise the shotgun riding undergraduate flying man was called Aponia, hmmm today I learnt.

Is this the same flight that has the two flight assistants called Tom&Tom?
