There has been a London LEZ for a few years, but this year they up’ed the emmision rating that you could take into London, which basically excluded Euro 3 and below unless fitted with an approved exaust system.

Needs reporting to ebay, that unit was on ebay a few weeks ago along with another similiar one with a different colour scheme probably kosher then but some scammer has copied all the details and photos and relisted it.
Theres been something similar happening with farm tractors, especially the older collector examples. There was a case where an old boy who’d worked on farms all his life bought one to do up and mess about with in his retirement, him and his Mrs parted company with £6k of their life savings and saw nothing for it, Police said the same tractor had earned the scammer nearly £100k, scummy low life 
swiller your mate was right, i remember seeing this motor on ebay no more than a couple of months ago, funny how they are the same photos.

last thing any owner driver needs is some scum bag sat in his mud hut ripping him off.

Lots of pics of a BMW x5.Selling half price in Swiss & if I paid first & they would send it in a container to my home & if i didn’t like it they would refund my money.Everything was pukka but when I said I wanted to go to Swiss to check it out it all went quiet. I reported them to Auto trader.You are only buying a photo.
