Why do they keep plodding away at a business that is bankrupt? if the management couldnt make a fist of it the first time around and needed to buy a calculator to work out how much they were losing why plod on in a new name?
Think i read in commercial motor that it was a dodgy financial product that done for them the 1st time. Think it was in interest rate swap.

Not sure if it was true or not, but a foreign truck got stuck in a width restriction down a narrow lane near Sherborne Dorset.
It had bollards and he kept trying to drive the truck through to get out and burst all the tyres on the unit and trailer.Clutch wrecked.
I live in Sherborne Toby and I’ve not heard this.

Ouch, the driver might be eating less chips now to pay for this. 
If Mortimers want to claim compensation through the courts or threaten their bankers with legal action then the home office need to repay mortimers in kind over this.
