I would say you have come on the M25 at junction 4 and are heading clockwise, therefore the splits are left two lanes the M25 or right two lanes the A21. Always queueing first thing in the morning!

I’m pretty sure you’re on the M60 clockwise having come off the M61 (even though the M60 has 27 jcts not 28 lol)
