Early Warning: Breathalyzers Compulsory in France

From the 1.7.2012 all drivers of motor vehicles will be obliged to have a breathalyzer at hand when driving in France.
From the 1.11.2012 they’ll be fined for not having one.
The small single-use ones they sell at filling stations should do, but cannot be beyond ‘use by’ date.

By making it compulsory for driver and not vehicle they’ve got around the 1968 Vienna Convention and applied the law to foreigners, ■■■■■■■■■ erm, frogs…
