It seems the DVSA are having a field day pulling our European cousins in tormarton today been parked up just outside for an hour or so and seen them pull several in. Early start to their Christmas bonus?
J18 is often open, and often full… 
I guess that it may have something to do with being the main corridor between the Channel ports/tunnel and the Pembroke ports/South Wales.

It’s like that every day at Leatherhead,it brightens my day every time I drive past and see all of our European cousins pulled in.

But does it matter where the driver comes from who’s going to be doing your job, it wont be a Brit, rest assured it will happen if we remain. Be afraid, be very afraid !

In or out jonny foreigner will still come over if we vote out you don’t really think UK hauliers will start going abroad in there droves not a chance they wouldn’t get loads to get them over for one thing there just isnt the loads as a majority of foreigners return without a reload then reload in France either back to UK or further a field

But with DV$A now being a self funding agency, can you be sure that their definition of “running straight” matches yours?
Let’s be honest here, we have a government department who make the rules, interpret the rules, enforce the rules and then benefit from finding people who are caught breaking the rules. IMO that’s a recipe for disaster (unless you’re DV$A of course).
