As far as I’m aware all enquiries regarding licensing are dealt with at Swansea.

It was better than regionalised it was localised in the form of County Council offices dealt with all respective DVLA requirements.Then the government centralised it like any tin pot Socialist basket case would.They called it progress this is the result.

Me being an old git, I can remember when the local office was 19 Broadway, Wimbledon, SW19. lol
