still have not got my licence back after passing C+E so called DVLA to see why.
they tell me that they have now added an extra week onto the time 
cos the DSA computers have been updated and it has had a knock on effect. can anyone else confirm or prove this theory wrong grrrr :

How long’s it been mate, my class 2 took like bang on 3 weeks, god knows why! Class one will of been away 2 weeks on friday, so am assuming will be at least another 2 after all this ■■■■■■■■. Can’t see why it should take sooooo long tbh.

I’d been reading FAQ’s and tried shortening a quote from your instructions. Pressed submit instead of preview. 
Every time the DSA update anything whether it is the telephone or computer system it never works.
Why can they not test the system before going live?
