Does anyone know the number for LGV provisional licence applications. Been waiting two weeks after applying online. Thanks.
From the back of the D2 Form ‘Application for lorry,bus or minibus driving licence’ :
‘Your licence should arrive within three weeks of us receiving your application. It might take longer if we have to check your medical or personal details.’
'If your licence does not arrive in this time, you can contact us in any of the following ways:
- phone 0300 790 6801 between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday or between 8am and 2pm on Saturdays.’
- write to Central Casework Group, -Drivers, Enquiries, DVLA, Swansea SA6 7JL
- fax 0300 123 0784
You will need to give your full name, address and date of birth.’
Try 0300 123 1341. Just been speaking to them about tacho card renewal so at least you know it’s connected!
