so my didgi card fails to work one morning i report it to swansea as malfunctioned they say send it back cant do this till weekend in europe all week i get home and send it of big mistake i made didnt send it registered post,any way a few days pass still not received new card call them they say they havent received it call back so i did next day by this time on my 15 print out which is what they say you can do they say they still havent received it so now its classed as lost which will cost me £19 for a new one funny that as a malfunction one is free,so i pay over the phone for a new card right when will i get the card then within ten working days she says. why?? we only send out second class post and not registered they expected me to send it that way so it doesnt get lost but they wont send it registered.
im still doing printouts on my seventeenth tomorrow they say its all been logged what has happened guess i will find out if i get stopped.
may as well paid over the phone in the first place why are people intent on making everything difficult
I took mine to the dvla office in leeds and they gave a slip saying they had it, when I was stopped in france they looked at the slip and was ok about it.
I know that’s not much help but that was my experience.
