Its been a while since i was on this route, the German maut was about 70 euros, that was from Perl (lux border to Salzburg) then the go tax to Vienna and back prob, 50 euros, best to link the Austrian go system to your DKV or visa card.

If I remember it right, an Austrian Go-Box costs €5 .
You can pay for it with several different fuel cards, or cash.
It can be set up as monthly account payment (your account is debited as you go) on a DKV or fuel card account.
Or you can do it as Pay-As-You-Go. There’s a minimum initial set-up fee, which is put onto your Pay-As-You-Go Go-Box. That’ll more or less cover your first transit costs. You can do it this way with cash or card. Tell the operator what route your taking, they’ll tell you how much you’ll need to put on it. Don’t forget to check if thats one way or return.
You’ll need your vehicle documents (originals), to get the box set up.

In Germany, as you get near to the Austrian border (from Munchen on), you’ll see signs warning you that you need the Go-Box or vignette for Austria (for cars) and that you can get them at the next service area. Presumably it’s the same in Italy.
You can also top up a pay as you go box in Austria.
The box bleeps and flashes green at you as you go through the toll gantries. Pay attention to the bleeps. These warn you your getting low on funds. If it flashes red, you’ve run out. Top up before then, they’ll stop and fine you.

German Maut will be roughly €70 - 90, one way.
Thats about what I pay from Venlo to Munchen, off the top of my head.
I don’t really watch it to see how much it costs from A to B. I mainly just see how much it is for my weeks trip (€150 - 200 usually).

is that you danny page? i can tell you it wouldn’t have been DK, as he don’t need to worry about the price of the tolls. Mr P pays for them, like a good company should

Yep thats me ! which dave is this thenâ– â– ? im scratching my big bold head now.
