I’ve been trying to make my mind up motorbike wise for a bit , I was all for a zx10 r but after not having a big bike for apx 25 yrs the power ( had fireblade , r1 )& more so riding position at 59 is probably not the best bet , so looked at nakeds , upright but just don’t do anything for me
So browsing I’ve seen a Ducati hypermotard , now it looks fun to me , something I could go out for at weekend for a blast , but only had jap bikes so no experience of Italian
Anyone had a Ducati , thoughts , ta

I had a Ducati years ago, many years ago! Fabulous engineering. The bits cost a few bob though. But I am not at all sure I would want another bike of any sort now, at least not with real power. Remember, Surgeons see bikers as future organ donors… Just saying.
