Dublin Port

switchlogic:
If shipping Stena, the worlds finest ferry company, come off boat and out gate as normal but then turn right to check in, tell them you’ve just come off the boat and they’ll give you a pass to park on left. Beats parking in that overpriced Topaz hole.

Spot on about the Topaz hole . It seems to be a place where Irish truck drivers turn up to compare clothing ie check shirts, jeans and brown dealer boots … Oh and to see who has the biggest pipe on there Scania.

On the M7 junction 14 limerick road out of dublin there is a new service station, no good for this time but let people know

Head straight out of the port through the tunnel and stay on on the m1 for 15 minutes to Applegreen service station .Free parking and loads of it and quiet.Showers available 24 hours. The only downside is hot food only available 8am to 11pm.If your heading back to the m50 you take the next exit after the services and come back on yourself.Southbound services is usually full so better staying in the northbound.
