Got the very same one, had it for over a year with no problems whatsoever. It cools to 18 degrees below ambient allegedly, not sure how true that is but the water is cold enough to make my teeth hurt even in the summer.
Or perhaps I should see a dentist rather than cocking about with cool boxes?
Got one last year and been sound.
Only niggles I have are :
On 12v it’s constantly on full, the temp adjuster only works on 240v
From above, as its on full all time you do get plenty of condensate in it, I find a good antibacterial wipe out every couple of days stops it starting to smell funky !
Other that that it’s a great bargain.

. I was hoping for a good ruck until Noah’s father got out of the car!
I’ve got a Waeco Cool freeze 35 24/12/240 v also has battery guard and is a proper fridge
Just a quick word of advice - tie the things down . I had the misfortune to topple a lorry with a load of straw in a field one night - the 18 lt cool box on the passenger seat knocked me out cold and got me a night out in the local hospital for observation .
