Best go the way you mention and take the A737 just after Glasgow airport. You eventually come to the Manrahead Rdbt at Beith and take the B777 (The old road for Dalry avoiding the low bridge on the 737 at Highfield) for Glengarnock. Come to a mini roundabout in Glengarnock and turn left onto Dalry Rd, follow that road for a couple of miles and DSM Nutrition will be on your left. You can’t miss the place.
As for how long it will take you from Thurrock, I’ve absolutely no idea.
