Can i work without cpc course i passed CE licence in 2013■■? Some People told me that i can’t work if i don’t have cpc course is true■■?

If you passed your car test pre July 1997 then you would be okay up until 10th (cant remember if its 10th or 14th) September 2014, but judging my your username id say you didn’t which i believe means that you would need your dcpc card to drive commercially.
Also id hazard a guess it would be difficult to get work without at least having one or two modules completed as companies like to see you are working towards getting your dcpc. But you will need to do your Mod 2 and Mod 4 to gain for dcpc card.
I believe this is correct but anyone’s free to correct me, as were all here to learn 
!

I read your other posts and you cannot drive LGVs commercially without a LGV DQC (driver cpc card)
You need to pass initial LGV driver CPC modules 2 and 4
If you want to drive something like a private LGV horsebox, camper or hire a LGV to move house then yes you can drive without DQC
You leave your self and the operator open to a fine of £1000 each if you drive without the DQC
