Anybody remember the guy who used to come on here a while back, and try to wind up everyone about autonomous trucks, and how we were all doomed as low life thick drivers?
He would never actually commit himself with any corroborated evidence that he had an official connection to their development, but would put up ambiguous posts to that effect, …and then come over all ‘‘Mr Superiortoyou’’ , as if he was some kind of official spokesman for projects, if you questioned him or argued his point.
Then he would not post for a while but come back on saying he had been away on business…or on holidays with his family.
I can not for the life of me think who has the same style of posting on another subject… but I’m sure it will come to me.

You must mean Dr Damon Rob, he’s (allegedly) made it so obvious for months that they are one in the same.

It’s a bit strange how you agree with the incompetent driving one minute then slag me for mentioning it the next time.
And yes I know I go on about it but I like you see it everday and it’s disgraceful especially as most think they are so good but it’s blissful ignorance as you say.

Thing is though you ‘‘go on about it’’ like a one trick pony.
I DO agree, driving standards HAVE dropped over the years amongst truck drivers, and I’ve made that point a few times myself… but there’s 'making a point, and then there’s labouring a point to the extent of doing it to death in every post at every opportunity, (even on threads that do not even pertain to standards of driving ) to the point of others (especially me) saying ‘‘Ffs, give it a rest,… not again’’ .
