Recruitment Process
Once you have registered with us we will contact you with full details of the next stage of our process. We will keep you advised of each step and what you will need to bring with you to interview.
Working with Us
Once we have secured work for you we will meet you onsite on your first day to assist you with your induction and integration into our client’s operation. Our team are then available by telephone 24 hours a day to support you.
You will also have access to our industry leading web technology. Using your own user name and password you will be able to access, via tablet or smart phone, all sorts of useful information. You can view and apply for jobs, communicate with our team, log your weekly working time, keep track of average hours for the reference period and access assignment details.

CANDIDATE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
To apply/register with Integrated Solutions, submit your information through our registration page. Your application will then go through the following steps:
- CV Pre-screening
Your CV will be reviewed prior to any contact for an interview.
2. Telephone Interview
After CV pre-screening contact will be made via telephone, we will talk to you about your experiences and the work opportunities applied for.
3. Interview
A Formal interview will be arranged at one of our offices.
4. During the interview
Right to Work documentation, proof of National Insurance and driving license (if applicable) checks are carried out, plus Further discussions about the placement opportunity take place before you can register with Integrated solutions.
5. References
Work References are also very important, so our team will request these from your previous employers with your consent.
6. Client Visit
A client visit is then arranged as part of the recruitment process where usually an assessment is conducted, if successful, training will be arranged for you before you can start work.

It’s seems your attempt at humour is lost on me!
Think its part of the Staffline group that also now includes Milestone.
I think they are just generally garbage mate. I was quite hopeful at Basingstoke after they said they had big requirement for wkend drivers and that I sounded ideal, but gave up trying to get an assessment in the end so going to stay where I am!!
If they decide to eventually get back in contact with me then will have a decision to make but they obviously can’t be bothered getting back to people so never mind!! Their loss!!
i have my reasons but i would avoid driving plus,i would not recommend them to anyone[having said that though it may have been the branch i worked for,they cant all be as bad as the one i was with ]
