We sub regularly for EST and they have a busy year coming up, so it`s definitely worth trying them. IME, they are a thoroughly decent firm to work for.
One of our drivers did the Paul McCartney tour last year and took home £3000 for a month`s work.

We don`t need anyone at the moment, so I suggest you ring EST direct. In my local area (east Kent) Husk and Sealane have both been advertising for continental drivers lately too. If I hear of anything going, I will let you know.
EST have a website, the url is www.yourock-weroll.com

E.S.T.
= Edwin Shirley Trucking
Does anyone know any other firms that do work Simular
to E.S.T. and a bit nearer to me as i live in Swindon?.
Well, since you are normally away for upwards of a month at a time, I don`t think the travelling distance to work would be a problem, really.
Rock n Roll is such a niche market that I doubt you will find a local firm doing it. There are only three or four firms in the country which do it. I
ll ask at work next week if there is anyone in your part of the world though.

Cheers mate, would love to do that sort of work
nothing holding me back S.A.P.

Phone them up, tell them that Vince from Fleetwood Transport (*) put you on to them, and tell them what you want. They won`t mind you calling.
The work is “as and when”, but it is fascinating stuff, and they are a thoroughly decent firm to work for. In my opinion, anyway. They start to get busy around the end of next month, and I am sure they will be taking on casual drivers.
Again, usual disclaimer applies.

i have always wanted to do stage trucking as i used to work for a production company in cambridge called jester, and used to do some great gigs for a local radio staion called vibefm, big production at great yarmouth and hunstantion a few summers ago and loads of other stuff as well, but we only had 4m sprinters and a couple of 7.5ts.
unfortunatly i can only work through the winter and nothing much around so back to general for me
best of luck
chris
