Hous question for you all please. I am currently using a website called My Driving Hours. My question is are they correct so far. Below is the last three week period. It is currently saying I have to start 45 hours by 07:38 Friday 13th Feb. Is this correct ? I am asking as I am sure on Saturday it said I had to start a 45 by Wednesday dinner time.

Bold days are weekly rests
IF the first 2 bold days were off and have not been used for the week 11 to 17 jan then the week 18 to 25 can have those for a regular weekly rest leaving two reduced for the week 26 to 1 and a regular on 31 + 1 used for the week 2 to 8
Now it all depends on what was done on the first two days in bold
The company I work for puts all new drivers through a induction course, the instructor used to work for vosa and he says the key is every third week make sure you take your 45+ hours rest period… and never forget 30mins in 6 hours rtd…you can get caught out easier on the 30mins in six hours work than the 45mins in the 4.5 hours drive…I am quite new to hgv driving myself and it is mind boggling…

That’s near enough correct.
Your working week (six 24 hour periods) began after a reduced weekly rest period of 36 hours 56 minutes at 07:38 Saturday 7th so you need to start a new weekly rest period no later than 07:38 Friday 13th.
My mistake he had a regular weekly rest period last week not a reduced weekly rest period, so he can have a reduced weekly rest period this week if he wants but it doesn’t look like that’s the issue anyway.

Not so sure yet because the first two days in that spread sheet have not been confirmed yet and it could turn out to be only one day off and not two which would make the week just ending as a reduced not a regular

The weekly rest does have to start by that time on that day but does it have to be a 45
I believe it does have to be a full 45 hours yes as not sure what I worked prior to recording the data so going to go on the safe side and say the first two days in bold where a weekly rest period 48 hours ( I know only need 45)
