Between weekly rest periods means exactly what it says, if you start work on a Monday after a weekly rest period you could have reduced daily rest periods on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, have a weekly rest period on Thursday then have reduced daily rest periods on Friday Saturday and Sunday.
So if I did Monday to Friday I could have 3 reduced daily rest ?, providing I have a weekly rest or reduced weekly rest after no more than 144 hours, then after the rest I could then have another 3 if needed ?
